I am in love...
With these cookies.
These are now my hands-down new fave.
White choc and macadamia.
Of Baking Soda
Of All Purpose Flour.
Of Unsalted Butter, Melted
Of Packed Brown Sugar
Of White Sugar
Of Vanilla Extract
Of White Chocolate Chips
Of Roughly Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Ready ? Set... GO!
Start by preheating your oven to 165 degrees C
Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Sift together the baking soda, salt and flour. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter and the sugars until well blended.
Add in the vanilla, egg, and egg yolk and mix well until light and creamy.
Mix in the flour mixture until just blended.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and the macadamia nuts by hand using a wooden spoon.
Drop cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Cookies should be about 3 inches apart.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown.
Cool on a cooling rack a few minutes after they have been taken out of the oven.
