Be Back Soon

I'm no Julia Roberts...

But I'm off on my own miniature version of Eat Pray Love.

Except with more cocktails.

30 Candles

In just over a week, my big sister will celebrate her 30th Birthday.

Yep - That's her right there.  The hot one in the blue dress with the amazing shoulder pads...

I popped a little something in the post for you Bree.

But you don't get your real present until you come back to Adelaide again.

Miss your guts.

Hope you have an amazing day and I can't wait to celebrate with you soon.

A Dog's Life

Miss Emmy charges her solar batteries in the morning sun.

Note to Self :

Sometimes it's OK to take time out and lie in the sun without a care in the world.

My holidays start in T-minus 4.1 hours.....

Greene with Envy

Just flicking through a copy of the Sunday Liftout (South Australian readers, get your copy every week in the Sunday Mail...) and could not go past this image of Ashley Greene at the Met Gala.

I think that dress is just stunning. And that right there is how you know I am a Princess at heart. Attracted to the shiny sequins, the fitted bodice and the layers and layers of fabric in the train.
Also loving her accessories.

I think this Twilight star is just gorgeous.

I am speechless.

Pearls of Wisdom

Miss Pip introduced me to this blog last week.

** WARNING : Hours of your life will be lost when you click on this link. **

Pacific Atlantic is like the Gossip Girl of blogland. The fashion is to die for and you don't have to put up with Serena Van Der Woodsen's constant complaining.

I have become absolutely OBSESSED by the pearl necklace Bee wears in many of the photos. And what I love is how she pairs this statement piece of jewellery with any style. Who knew pearls could be so versatile ??

I am in love.

My all time FAVOURITE outfit ?
This one ...

*sigh*

Those boots. That trench. The dress. And ofcourse - the pearls.

Love Love Love

Someone, please tell me where I can find suh a gorgeous necklace!

Speaking of The White House

What can I say ?

I LOVE a black and white palette.

The decor in my current house includes white tiles, white walls and white window furnishings, with chocolate brown furniture and highlights of red. But these photos are my inspiration for my next home.

I don't even have words. I just love it. Devine.

Tonight I'll Be Having California Dreams

Katy Perry is GORGEOUS.

I went to her concert tonight and apart from the initial awkward moment where I felt like a 25 year old at an underage Bubblegum, the concert was fantastic.

I had an amazing time singing and dancing in the work corporate box. (Atleast we didn't have to mingle with the underage Screamers).

The wardrobe was the most incredible part of the show.

Pretty pleease can I get this dress ?

Who doesn't need a cupcake dress in their wardrobe for the next special occasion ?!

The lesson I learnt from the show tonight ?  Don't eat brownies given to you by strange men who don't speak. :)

The Royal Soiree

The blogosphere has been abuzz with talk of the Royal Wedding on Friday.

I spent the evening watching the Royal nuptials with my very own Kate and Pippa at Miss Emma's Loft.

Appropriately adorned with Cardboard Crowns, we drank champagne and ate food fit for a King. Tasty morsels included chicken sandwiches, tuna puffs, banoffee tarts and scones with jam and cream. De-Licious.

Mood lighting did not equal stunning photography. Sorry

My contribution to the night was a tray of Lemon Meringue Tarts.

In my opinion - Kate's dress was stunning. I adored the bustle (which unfortunately was covered by her veil) and loved everything from the gorgeous lace detail to the length of her train.
But those flowers ? Were they really Royal Wedding-worthy ?

But Pippa Middleton definately stole the show. Her dress was amazing. I especially loved the row of tiny buttons trailing down her back.
Sidenote - Did you see Harry checking her out?!

What a beautiful day. Watching Harry and Will arrive together and Pippa helping Kate with her dress melted my heart.
